By accessing or using Learnyzer ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Learnyzer is an AI-powered study hub designed to assist in academic learning, revision, and organization.

2. The Service & AI Disclaimer

Critical AI Notice

Learnyzer uses advanced Generative AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI can "hallucinate" or provide incorrect academic data. Users must independently verify all AI-generated content (Q&A guides, notes, answers, plans) against official textbooks. Learnyzer is not responsible for academic errors or performance outcomes.

3. Study Spark System & Refund Policy

Access to AI tools is managed via a utility system called **Study Sparks**.

Refund Policy Summary

Study Sparks and Spark Boosters are digital assets delivered instantly. No refunds are provided for Study Spark recharges or subscription fees once processed. Detailed information can be found in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and vault security password.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Student Profile. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

4. Prohibited Academic Conduct

Learnyzer is an educational aid, not a cheating tool. You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Submit AI-generated content as your own original work in violation of your institution's honor code.
  • Use the AI Tutor to provide real-time answers during proctored examinations.
  • Automate the scraping of Platform content or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI workflows.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any text or document scans you upload to the Platform.

Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the study materials (Notes, Q&A Guides, Quizzes) generated for your personal academic use. Learnyzer maintains rights over the layout and branding of the exported documents.
